Common questions
How do I restore my premium purchase?
Open settings and tap Restore. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you purchased with. The unlock carries across reinstalls and new devices.
Where are my drawings stored?
Everything is saved automatically on your device — check the Gallery on the home screen. Drawings are never uploaded anywhere, which also means deleting the app deletes your saved work, so export anything you want to keep first.
How do I export without the scene background?
Tap Export image on the canvas and choose Artwork only for a clean PNG of just your strokes.
Does finger drawing work, or only Apple Pencil?
Both. When a Pencil is detected, fingers pan and zoom the canvas by default — you can change this any time in Settings.
Refunds
Purchases are handled by Apple, so refund requests go through reportaproblem.apple.com.
